Rowland Ellis

President

Rowland Ellis was appointed General Manager of PTI Technologies in 2016.  Mr. Ellis has over 18 years of direct experience in the filtration industry, over which time he has progressively served in technical and operational leadership roles.  He is active on industry technical committees and holds 2 US filtration related patents.  He has a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Beth Kozlowski

Sr. Vice President

Ms. Kozlowski is Sr. Vice President of Finance & Administration at the company and is responsible for Finance, IT and Contracts. Most recently Ms. Kozlowski was Group Controller for the Aerospace Group at Rexnord Industries, LLC, a leading manufacturer of power transmission and water management products. Prior to Rexnord Industries she was Program Finance Director at General Dynamics. Her career at General Dynamics spanned 21 years progressing through various positions to Finance Director. Ms. Kozlowski began her career at Cambrian Systems, Inc., a start-up manufacturing business as an Accounting Analyst and progressed to Controller, where she was part of a team that prepared an IPO and took the company public. Ms. Kozlowski has over 25 years of experience working in Aerospace and Manufacturing industries. She also has an extensive background in SEC reporting, Government accounting, cost accounting, financial and strategic planning as well as acquisitions, divestitures and business integrations. Ms. Kozlowski holds a B.S. degree in Business and Accounting from California Lutheran University.

Kanwar Suri

Sr. VP Engineering

Kanwar Suri is Sr. VP of Engineering with over 35 years’ experience in hydraulic and filtration industry. His responsibilities include managing and leading design/project engineering, sustaining engineering and test engineering groups to promote a cost effective optimized design that meets customers’ expectations. Provides technical leadership, planning, and guidance on R&D programs and contributes to business development efforts focused on the technology.  Mr. Suri is actively involved in several technical committees and guides them to develop industry standards, has written and presented technical papers to INDA and FILTECH filtration conferences and holds several US patents in the field of hydraulic filtration and pressure sensing devices. He holds a MS (Engineering) and DER FAA certification.

William Hoctor

VP Contracts & Subcontracts

Mr. Hoctor is Vice President of Contracts & Subcontracts, and has over 30 years of leading-edge manufacturing experience with US Government and major NYSE companies. In addition to providing the necessary contract management of hardware acquisition and sales, Mr. Hoctor has also achieved key knowledge and experience in Enterprise Resource Planning software. This has included business management of professional services teams, achieving integrated software solutions. Before joining ESCO/PTI he worked for ITT, Manugistics, Western Data Systems, Emerson Electric Company, Teledyne, Dataproducts Corporation, and Purolator California. He has also provided professional consulting to firms involved in government contracting. He holds a BS from Trenton State, and an MBA from Cal Lutheran.
